Do you build any &amp; all designs submitted? If you are selective how do you choose?</p> <p>We do not build all designs submitted, our selection is based on an initial analytical overview and the combined experience/consensus of our research staff. </p> <p>2. If you decide to move forward with a design is this done in a timely manner or in an "as time permits" fashion?</p> <p>Normally each submission waits its turn, those where a consensus can readily be ascertained are processed in a timely manner.</p> <p>3. How much time and money are you prepared to put into a given design?</p> <p>We take as much time as necessary to conclude an objective analysis. Being a philanthropic organization we are limited on funding. The actual cost outlay will depend upon the objective viability of the design. </p> <p>4. Should a design prove to work in real life what happens next?</p> <p>Should a design prove self-sustaining, it is at the inventors discretion to decide if he wishes us to patent, manage and market on a contingency/royalty bases. We offer a free up front service, we do however expect an eventual return on our investment.</p> <p>5. Why do I not see anything regarding research on submitters in the general forum?</p> <p>All communicative research on confidential submissions is not open to general and registered members.
